Rates and calculators

Rates shown are market ranges for illustration, subject to change without notice, and may differ from the rate you are offered. Calculator outputs are estimates based on typical lender ranges and standard formulas; your actual figures depend on lender assessment, appraisal, property type and location. Where a specific rate is advertised for a fixed-amount mortgage, the APR equals the rate unless non-interest charges apply, in which case the APR is stated.

Reverse mortgages

Reverse mortgage estimates are not a quote or approval. Every homeowner on title must be 55 or older. Lenders require independent legal advice before funding. No-negative-equity guarantees are conditional on keeping property taxes, insurance and maintenance current — see lender terms.
